SENDING US INFORMATION ELECTRONICALLY

Many clients have asked us the best way to send data electronically. We recommend the following:

• If you are sending a small amount of data (less than 5 Mb), simply email it as an attachment.
• Some clients have reported that sending even a 1 Mb file from some Internet Service Providers like AOL, CompuServe and Prodigy won't work consistently. If this is the case, we recommend that you use FTP to send the file. A simple FTP utility is listed below.
• If you are sending a large amount of data, we recommend that you send it to our FTP site. Please contact us at for a user name and password. You will need an FTP program, and we recommend WS-FTP Pro from Ipswitch. You can download it by clicking the link above.
